PURPOSE: A hinge device, an opening/closing device, and a portable device are provided to prevent a hop-up operation when a hop-up device is opened for a first frame of a second frame and to implement operationability. CONSTITUTION: An attachment member(6) overlaps a spring case on a first frame side. Hinge shafts(9) are installed on both side of plates of the attachment member. A hop-up cam member(10) is pressure-welded to a cam slider. The hop-up cam member is pivotally attached to the hinge shafts. A support member(11) attaches a second frame. |
