The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying carbon dioxide generated from exhaust gas to a greenhouse, and a method therefor, and more specifically, to an apparatus, which separates carbon dioxide from exhaust gas at a high concentration through the apparatus including an exhaust gas tank, a heat exchanger, a filter, a membrane module and a storage tank, and supplies carbon dioxide to a greenhouse, and a method therefor. The apparatus according to the present invention improves the yield and quality of crops by recovering carbon dioxide from exhaust gas at a high concentration through the apparatus, and supplying carbon dioxide to a glass or plastic greenhouse for cultivating crops, in which photosynthesis by carbon dioxide is done, and is able to maintain the optimal growth condition by supplying carbon dioxide with monitoring the concentration in real time through a sensor capable of measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide within the greenhouse.
