Disclosed in the present invention is a food cutting device which surely regulates the position of food in an operating sun for regulating the position of the food and surely discharges the food in an operating sun for discharging the food from a food seating board. The food cutting device comprises: a position regulating member (7) which regulates the position of food on the food seating board (5); an operating device (6) which make the food seating board (5) reciprocate from a food supply position to a food discharge position after cutting; and a cutting edge (2) which is placed inside a moving path of the food in order to cut the food. The position regulating member (7) is supported to be able to rotate between a protruding sun from a food seating surface (51) and a receding sun from the food seating surface (51), and is rotated and biased to protrude from the food seating surface (51). A contact member (11) is installed to discharge food from the food seating board (5) by rotating the position regulating member (7) by resisting a bias force in order to release the position regulation of the food when the food seating board (5) has moved to a food discharge position. |
