The present invention relates to an installation structure of a fluid supply hose for a blow out preventer (BOP) and a riser tensioner of a drill ship and a drill ship having the same and specifically, to an installation structure of a fluid supply hose for a BOP and a riser tensioner of a drill ship and a drill ship having the same capable of enhancing the safety and efficiency of work by raising the fluid supply hose for a BOP and a riser tensioner of a drill ship to the upper side of a main deck and performing a maintenance or a repairing work. For this, the present invention comprises: the main deck on which one end of the fluid supply hose is exposed; a moon pool at which the other end of the fluid supply hose is positioned; and a slide unit formed to pull one end of the fluid supply hose exposed on the main deck and to raise the other end of the fluid supply hose positioned at the moon pool over the main deck.
