The present invention relates to a shoe insole adhesion forming device with a structure which distributes water and air between charcoal powders for creating a space between charcoal powders after mixing a water-soluble polymer compound adhesive (hereafter, adhesive) with charcoal powders. The shoe insole adhesion forming device has a structure which creates a space between charcoal powders by quickly hardening the adhesive and condensing the adhesive and circulates water and air between the charcoal powders. More specifically, the charcoal powder forming device mixes charcoal powders and 5-20% of the adhesives based on the weight of the charcoal powder, mixes the adhesives between the charcoal powders in a constant ratio, injects ingredients between the frames of shoe soles having a frame structure at the front in a plane, sprays high temperature vapor between the charcoal powders injected in a plane, and compresses and attaches the adhesives after cohering the adhesives, which are formed in small particles by the momentary hardening of the adhesives expressed by high temperature vapor, into a space between the charcoal powder. |
