The system (30) has a pressure balance pipe isolation valve which is installed at a pressure balance pipe (34) and is configured to isolate a safety injection tank (32). The pressure balance pipe is configured for connecting the safety injection tank. A safety valve is installed in parallel with the pressure balance pipe. A check valve (35) is provided in the pressure balance pipe to isolate the safety injection tank. An isolation valve (36) and the check valve are serially installed at the pressure balance pipe.
