The device (1) has a turbine (5) comprising an internal wall (10) and dividing an enclosure (7) into two parts (11, 12). An annular space (13) is formed between a free side (14) of the wall and a side surface (15) of the enclosure. The turbine comprises a set of blades (16) that are placed in one of the parts and evacuate pulverulent material towards an opening. Another set of blades (17) is placed in the other part and evacuates discharging air from another opening (8) towards the former opening. The two sets of blades are rotatably mounted relative to a rotation axis of the turbine. The internal wall is designed as a disk.
