Disclosed are a method, device and system for implementing radio resource control connection release. The method includes: an evolved Node B (eNB) receives the connection release assistant message transmitted by a UE in RRC connection state; the information in the connection release assistant message transmitted by the UE is acquired, and according to the information and the preset connection delay condition, whether to release the RRC connection of the UE is judged. In the technical solution of the present invention, because the UE can assist the eNB to perform the adjudgement of the RRC connection release according to the acquired service attribute information, the unnecessary signaling cost can be avoided, and the resource utilization rate can be increased.
