In order to provide a vehicle-mounted image processing device which can lower costs while improving mounting accuracy and installation accuracy of electric adjustments during the production process, this vehicle-mounted image processing device has a first imaging unit, a second imaging unit, and a frame having the first imaging unit on one end and the second imaging unit on the other end, and generates distance images from the images captured by the first imaging unit and second imaging unit, wherein between the first imaging unit and the second imaging unit, there are two frame reference surfaces for contact with equipment jigs during production. |
