<p>A brake device (100) is provided with an outer ring (10), brake cams (20) disposed on the inside of the outer ring (10), and an output-side rotating member (30) disposed on the inside radially of the brake cams (20). The brake device (100) is configured in such a manner that the brake cams (20) have first engagement sections (25A, 26A), that the output-side rotating member (30) has second engagement sections (35B, 36B) which engage with the first engagement sections (25A, 26A) in the circumferential direction when rotational force greater than a predetermined value is inputted in one direction, and that the output-side rotating member (30) and the brake cams (20) rotate together when the second engagement sections (35B, 36B) are engaged with the first engagement sections (25A, 26A).</p> |
