PURPOSE: A device for evaluating electrical continuity is provided to easily check the securement of the electrical continuity based on an electric resistance value measured between objects. CONSTITUTION: A measurement range setting unit(110) sets a measurement range of electric resistance. A high current generating unit(120) generates a current to apply the same to a measurement target. A resistance value measuring unit(130) is connected with the measurement target through a cable to measure a resistance value and determine the excess of the measured resistance value. A display unit(140) displays all kinds of information related to the measurement of electric resistance including a warning notification signal and a normal signal.
