PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, since confidential documents becomes un-rereadable after highly finely cut with a shredder, it has been necessary to operate a large-sized shredder with a large power generator and a large sized truck was necessary, and further, since the fibers of the shredded paper becomes short, it has been difficult to make them into recycled paper, and thus to provide a method for producing a paper treated product having a fiber length of paper long enough to be recycled while being un-rereadable.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing wet ground pulp, in which used paper cut into 12×40 mm to 18×60 mm by a crusher 5 is supplied with a sodium hydroxide (swelling agent) aqueous solution having a concentration of 4% to 6% into a grinder 7 and ground. |
