PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit information leakage from an information processing terminal which is taken out from a predetermined area.SOLUTION: A remote control device which transmits to an information processing terminal a control signal for restricting functions of the information processing terminal, comprises: position information acquisition means which acquires position information of the information processing terminal; and transmission means which transmits the control signal to the information processing terminal when an area indicated by the position information is not included in a predetermined area.
