PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint component and a pipe joint, capable of improving sealability inside of the pipe joint while suppressing deterioration of operability of an inner cylinder member.SOLUTION: The pipe joint includes an outer cylinder member having a cylinder end portion to which a pipe is connected, a female-side valve element 28 disposed in the outer cylinder member, and a female-side seal member 30 closely attached to an inner peripheral face of the outer cylinder member and an outer peripheral face of the female-side valve element 28. The female-side valve element 28 is kept in a state of relatively movable to the outer cylinder member along the axial direction of the outer cylinder member, and has a female-side communication port 28a communicated with the inside of the cylinder of the outer cylinder member and the inside of the cylinder of the female-side valve element 28. Further the female-side seal member 30 is disposed at a side opposite to the cylinder end portion with respect to the female-side communication port 28a in the axial direction, and has a hollow 30a opened to a female-side communication port 28a side in the axial direction. |
