PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device and an emergency evacuation support device which can stop an own vehicle when the own vehicle does not block an other vehicle and has a small outward deviation from a road.SOLUTION: A determination processing ECU4 of a driving support device obtains a stop state of an own vehicle at the time of stop and information of white lines such as a center line and an outside line around the own vehicle, and determines whether the own vehicle and the white lines are misaligned based on the stop state of the own vehicle and the information of white lines. The driving support device resolves the misalignment if the misalignment is determined.
