PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparing device being the device for preparing a frozen sample to be used for the ultramicromorphologic imaging of an organ, etc. by an electronic microscope in anatomical and histological fields, and capable of suppressing the break and alteration of a target due to ice crystal formation by high pressure freezing, thereby obtaining a frozen sample with the wide depth of vitreous freezing.SOLUTION: A freezing operation unit 10 including: a container 11 having a storage part 11a for storing a target; and a pressure body 13a to be pushed into the container 11, is mounted on a pressure handle 30 as a pressure mechanism by arrangement where the storage part 11a and the pressure body 13a are mutually opposing. While the container 11 and the pressure body 13a are in a cooling state, the pressure body 13a is pushed into the storage part 11a by the pressure handle 30, thereby freezing a target stored in the storage part 11a while being pressured. |
