The present invention relates to a pile with multiple concavo-convex cross-sectional shapes formed on the lowermost end thereof and a pile construction method using the same; to a steel pipe for constructing a foundation pile which makes a structure supported on the ground and to a pile construction method using the same; and more specifically, to a steel pipe pile structure integrated with steel pieces which has cross-sectional shape of the lowermost end formed to be a structure in which a close-capped hollow pile is integrated with the steel pieces formed on the circumference thereof; and a pile construction method using the same. The pile having multiple concavo-convex cross-sectional shapes formed on the lowermost end thereof according to the present invention is provided to minimize the sediment by maintaining the distance between the lower end of a cement-based filled part and the lower end of a support pile, to make the cement-based filled part and the support pile integrally work by preventing slip from being generated between the cement-based filled part and the support pile; and to improve end bearing capacity by expanding the end area of the pile, thereby being economically and stably constructed.
