An apparatus and method for oxygen enriched combustion are disclosed. The oxygen enriched combustion apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a burner which includes an insulator around a flame generation unit, and generates a flame by burning air and fuel; an air supply unit which is connected to supply air to the burner; a fuel supply unit which is connected to supply fuel to the burner; and an oxygen supply unit which is connected to supply oxygen around a frame generated by burning the air and the fuel. |
