PURPOSE: A fluid-distributing plate is provided to improve the efficiency of a fuel cell and prevent the generation of partial pressures in a fuel cell by having slot patterns. CONSTITUTION: A fluid-distributing plate (1) which distributes fluid into electrodes comprises a first slot (11) in a first direction; and a second slot (12) in another direction including a direction perpendicular to the first slot. In order to improve the strength of the fluid-distributing plate, the second slot is disposed near the first slot. A fuel cell includes a unit cell in which an electrolyte membrane is arranged between an air electrode and a fuel electrode; a separator arranged on both sides of the unit cell; and the fluid-distributing plate arranged between the unit cell and the separator. |
