Provided is a burn-in board capable of shortening temperature applying time and improving the efficiency of carry-in and carry-out works. A burn-in board (20) comprises a wiring substrate (40) integrated with a socket (30), and a reinforcing frame (50) installed on the wiring substrate. The reinforcing frame has a plurality of rod-shaped members (60, 70) connected in frame shape. The rod-shaped member (60) has: a first plane part (61) fixed to the wiring substrate; a second plane part (62) placed in parallel with the first plane part; and a connection part (63) for connecting the first plane part and the second plane part. In the cross section of the rod-shaped member (60), the connection part (63) connects the first plane part and the second plane part partially, and a space (65) is formed between the first plane part (61) and the second plane part (62). |
