The present invention relates to a diagnostic composition of estrus or pregnancy for a swine. In accordance with the present invention, by providing an antibody to detect an expression of a dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 2 (DDAH2) or Crystallin alpha B gene of a swine and a composition capable of diagnosing estrus or pregnancy of a swine including the same, estrus or pregnancy of a swine can be diagnosed in an economical and simple method, and a conception rate is improved. Also, waste of unnecessary feed in a farm can be reduced and productivity can be improved by an early diagnosis.
