The present invention relates to a washer solution heating device comprising: a washer solution storage container for storing a washer solution; a heater for heating the washer solution; a battery connected to the heater electrically for supplying power to the heater; a battery measuring part for measuring a voltage of the battery; and a controlling part for controlling an electric connection between the heater and the battery. The controlling part controls an electric connection between the heater and the battery according to a voltage of the battery measured from the battery measuring part. According to the present invention, the washer solution heating device is capable of improving convenience of a driver, since the washer solution heating device can not only remove frost generated in a vehicle window rapidly by pre-heating the washer solution in winter season, but also prevent a battery for supplying power to a washer solution heating device from being discharged.
