PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transmit an electronic mail according to a response given to an alert issued at external transmission check when it is determined that an external mail address is included in mail addresses of transmission destinations.SOLUTION: An electronic mail system 10 comprises: registration means 31 which registers mail address identification information of its own company as a first check parameter 251; determination means 32 which, before transmitting a mail, determines each of mail addresses of transmission destinations specified in the mail is an internal mail address or an external mail address on the basis of the registered first check parameter; control means 37 which, when it is determined that the external mail address is included in the mail addresses of transmission destinations, controls automatic transmission of the mail according to a response given to an alert issued when external transmission check is selected; and transmission means 36 which transmits the mail according to the control performed by the control means. |
