PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance freshness preserving function by quickly performing rapid cooling control when a storage amount largely varies due to a bulk purchase or the like while appropriately cooling storage articles and suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A refrigerator comprises: a freezer for cooling insides of storage chambers; dampers 67 that control a supply amount of cold air generated by the freezer and correspond to respective storage chambers; and an operation controller 22 that performs an operation on the basis of input data of a storage amount estimation section 23 and a storage section 64 and controls the freezer. Accordingly, the refrigerator cools a cooling amount of a chamber where a storage amount varies in a concentrated manner and can cool input storage articles to an optimum storage temperature in a short period of time when the storage amount largely varies due to a bulk purchase or the like while being capable of performing energy-saving operation by control of the dampers 67 corresponding to the respective storage chambers at normal time. |
