PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that automatically determines whether a subject eye is an IOL eye by using a luminescent spot image of the cornea in order to realize highly accurate inspection for the IOL eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: light flux projection means for projecting a light flux to a subject eye cornea; light receiving means that includes an imaging element for receiving a reflected light flux brought by the projection means and obtains a cornea luminescent spot image from the subject eye cornea; and IOL eye determination means for determining whether the subject eye is an IOL eye based on the cornea luminescent spot image having been received by the light receiving means.
