PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat radiation efficiency of a heat radiation fin in a heat sink.SOLUTION: A cooling component is provided with: a heat absorbing member 2 which absorbs heat from a cooled component; and a heat radiation member 30 which radiates the heat absorbed by the heat absorbing member 2. In the heat radiation member 30, multiple first fins 32, which extend in parallel with each other, are provided while being aligned. Parts of the first fins 32 of the heat radiation member 30 have a thickness larger than thicknesses of the other parts of the first fins 32. |
