PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater integrated by utilizing the structure of a Russell fabric, which is applicable to a product utilizing a Russell fabric and can be heated with a low DC voltage while saving power.SOLUTION: In a Russell fabric consisting of a ceiling surface layer 1, a bottom face layer 2, and an intermediate layer 3 between the ceiling surface layer 1 and the bottom face layer 2, a conductive material and a voltage application part 5 are provided on the bottom face layer 2. Consequently, heat is generated from the conductive material at a low voltage, and that heat can be stored in the intermediate layer 3. A heater operating at a lower voltage is obtained by providing a reflective material 6 on the bottom face layer 2. |
