PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-aligning device capable of suppressing incident angles of rays within a specified angle without adjustment even when an irradiation angle of rays produces an error when light sources are exchanged, although the device does not use a complicated optical model.SOLUTION: The photo-aligning device aims to treat an alignment film. A light source part of the device includes: a rod-like lamp extending substantially parallel to the substrate of an alignment film and in a direction perpendicular to a conveyance direction; and a reflection mirror disposed to cover the rod-like lamp along a longitudinal direction of the rod-like lamp and reflecting light from the rod-like lamp toward a light guide part. The light guide part includes substantially rectangular plates having non-reflective films on the surfaces thereof, spaced at a substantially fixed interval in the longitudinal direction of the rod-like lamp substantially perpendicularly to the substrate. |
