PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block intrusion of a foreign matter via between a tongue piece and a close contact part of a first projection part.SOLUTION: In a sealing device 55 consisting of: a boot 30 which is engaged into an outer periphery of an opening of a housing 61; and a band 40 which gives tense force in an inner diameter direction from an outer peripheral side of the boot 30, the band 40 consists of a belt-like plate, on one end of which a tongue piece 42 which has narrow width to comes into close contact with the boot is formed, in the middle of which a close contact part 41 which has a width wider than that of the tongue piece 42 to comes into close contact with the boot is formed, and on the other end of which a pressure contact part which brings the close contact part 41 into close contact from an outer diameter side when the plate is made into a ring shape is formed, and the close contact part 41 is formed with a notch for inserting the tongue piece. An inner periphery of the boot 30 is provided with: a first elastic and annular projection part 33b which is compressed by the tongue piece 42 and the contact part 41; a second elastic and annular projection part 33a which is not compressed by the tongue piece but compressed by the contact part; and a plurality of first connection parts 33d which are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the boot 30 to connect the first projection part 33b with the second projection part 33a. |
