PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device including a current amplifier circuit capable of avoiding an increase in size thereof.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises: a first current mirror circuit outputting source current in proportion to one current; and a second current mirror circuit outputting sink current in proportion to the one current. The source current from the first current mirror circuit and the sink current from the second current mirror circuit are supplied to an output terminal, and the first current mirror circuit and the second current mirror circuit operate complementarily for one another. |
