[Problem] To provide a meteorological information display system with which it is possible to accurately and instantaneously judge whether rain will be encountered. [Solution] A meteorological information display system is provided with a radar device, a radar image preparation unit, a forecasting unit, an arrival time calculation unit, a forecast image preparation unit, and a display unit. The radar device acquires meteorological observation data. The radar image preparation unit prepares a meteorological radar image (rainfall intensity image) on the basis of meteorological observation data. The forecasting unit forecasts the variation in weather over time, on the basis of meteorological observation data. The forecast image preparation unit prepares, on the basis of the variation in weather forecast by the forecasting unit, and the time of arrival at each point or the time required to reach each point, a forecast image displaying a meteorological radar image at the point in time when each site is reached, as a meteorological radar image for each site. The display unit is provided to the terminal, and and displays the forecast image superimposed upon a map. |
