The cell (10) has electrical conductors (24) electrically conductively connected with an electrode of the cell within a prismatic battery cell housing (18) i.e. hard case battery cell housing. The conductors are guided out from the housing through an opening in the housing. Plastic sealings (26) are cast between the conductors and the housing. A cell winding is welded at the conductors. The plastic sealings are connected with the conductors and/or the housing in form-fit and/or force-fit manner. The plastic sealings are manufactured by a nanomolding process.
