Base layer compriss 5-30 wt.% hard distillation bitumen or blown bitumen with similar properties with a ring and ball softening point >75 degrees C and 70-95 wt.% of slate chip building sand or quartz and a filler of slate or limestone flour or foundry waste and the cover layer compriss styrol polymerisate with polyacrylate or coloured glass or silicon carbide. Tiles are colour retaining water resistant and hard.
