The present invention relates to an LED module, a manufacturing method of the LED module and a slim lighting device using the same to improve the heat radiation performance by minimally decreasing heat transfer paths by directly mounting a plurality of LED chips in a line shape by composing the LED module with: a heat sink member (11); a dam (12) which is formed in one side of the heat sink member; an insulation layer (13) which is formed in the entire surface except for a LED chip mount area (14b) in the heat sink member which the dam is formed; a plurality of LED chips (14) which are mounted with an adhesive (14a) on the LED chip mount area to be equidistantly separated and be arranged in a line shape on one surface of the insulation layer so as to be in between the one surface of the heat sink member and dam; and a molding member (15) which is formed in an upper side of the dam for molding the plurality of LED chips.
