<p>The present invention provides a dust and toxic gas processing system of a smelting furnace and an incinerator which is priorly neutralizing dust and toxic gas generated in a smelting furnace and an incinerator in a vortex reactor, and secondarily neutralizing dust and toxic gas, which is not reacted with the vortex reactor, in a back filter system. The present invention provides an aluminum electric furnace scrap automatic supply device comprising: an inserting device for inserting a neutralizing component for neutralizing dust and toxic gas generated in a smelting furnace and an incinerator in a dry spray method; a vortex reactor for primarily neutralizing dust and toxic gas, which is generated in a smelting furnace and an incinerator, by the neutralizing component inserted through the inserting device; and a back filter system which is a filter type dust collector for secondarily neutralizing dust and toxic gas, which is not reacted with the vortex reactor. The back filter system, where a back filter of an envelope type is installed in multi-step in a back cage of a cabinet shape, is installed to be able to be replaced in a side, and to be an upper part flowing in method. The present invention provides an aluminum electric furnace scrap automatic supply device which is capable of having good processing efficiency, and saving initial installation charges and maintenance expenses.</p> |
