PURPOSE: A work roll rotation device is provided to rotate a work roll easily by using a principle of a lever, and to improve efficiency of a work for removing moisture because a rolling roll is capable of rotating 360 degrees easily. CONSTITUTION: A work roll rotation device comprises an equipment body (200) and a rotating member (300). The equipment body is combined with an end part of a work roll. The rotating member is connected to the equipment body, and generates rotatory power in order to rotate the equipment body. The equipment body comprises an insertion unit (210), a fixing unit (230), a rotatory power transmission unit (250), and a connection unit (270). The insertion unit has a shape corresponding to the end part of the work roll. The fixing unit fixes an inserted work roll. The rotatory power transmission unit supports the inserted work roll in order to rotate the inserted work roll together. The connection unit is connected with the rotating member. The rotating member comprises a handle unit and a joint unit in which multiple concavo-convex parts are equipped. |
