PURPOSE: A press tool and a bonding device is provided to reduce the time for heating and cooling while limiting the distribution of a welding force of a heating plate within a certain range. CONSTITUTION: A press tool comprises a pedestal part and a heating plate. The heating plate comprises a hole(48) for heating and a hole(50) for cooling. Multiple holes are arranged in the orthogonal direction to the thickness direction of the heating plate. The distance between center parts of the holes are the same, which are adjacent to the orthogonal direction to the thickness direction of the heating plate when cutting the heating plate to the thickness direction. |
