摘要 A quality test method of a touch panel using excitation signals having different voltages performs an analog-digital conversion (ADC) correction process, obtains ADC correction detection values at each detection point of the touch panel, and includes a step of performing multiple scan processes. Each of the detection points obtains two detection values using excitation values having a high voltage and a low voltage in two sequential scan processes. It is determined that a difference between the detection values is within a predetermined acceptable quality range to determine whether the touch panel has the acceptable quality or not. Using actual detection values for a test and obtaining the difference of the detection values at each of the detection points with the same ADC correction setting value reduce the probability that usable touch panels are unnecessarily rejected while lines are drawn, thereby determining a test result on touch positions more appropriately.
