PURPOSE: A system for providing dynamic banner advertisement using markup language and script in mobile application environment is provided to provide a dynamic banner to a smart phone providing dynamic animation effect by using a dynamic banner processing unit of the smart phone. CONSTITUTION: An app advertisement banner exposure request part requests app advertisement banner exposure to a dynamic banner advertisement server. An advertisement list information transmission part receives an app advertisement banner exposure request signal, and transmits the advertisement list information stored in a storing part to the dynamic banner advertisement server. An exposure-allowed advertisement list transmission part of the dynamic banner advertisement server extracts the exposure-allowed advertisement list and transmits the list to a smart phone, by referring to the advertisement list information transmitted from the smart phone. An advertisement banner information request part requests markup language, script and graphic resource to the dynamic banner advertisement server, in order to display the advertisement banner included in the exposure-allowed advertisement list transmitted from the dynamic banner advertisement server. A request advertisement banner information transmission part extracts the corresponding markup language, script and graphic resource from the markup language and the script database (DB) and the graphic resource DB to transmit to the smart phone. A request advertisement banner information processing part stores the corresponding markup language, the script and the graphic resource transmitted from the dynamic banner advertisement server to the storing part. A dynamic advertisement banner expression part processes the graphic resource stored in the storing part finally on the screen by the dynamic advertisement banner according to the markup language and the script.
