PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a measuring tape capable of easily switching to printing of a tape having other configurations where printed presentation such as scales or numerals and printed width are different, even while printing on a tape in manufacturing of the tape for a tape measure.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a measuring tape comprises steps of: printing tape data which is entered or stored on a thin plate member by an ink jet printer as printing means (a step 2); cutting the thin plate member with a dimension corresponding to printed presentation by cutting means (a step 3); and stacking a tape for a tape measure (a step 4). |
