PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide brazing filler metal with flux, in which the brazing filler metal and the flux are integrated together, which enables the reliable action of the flux, and which makes the degree of freedom of brazing filler metal design high.SOLUTION: In brazing filler metal (1) with flux, fluoride-based flux particles (11) equivalent to 5-15% of weight of Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal (12) are bonded to a surface of the Al-Si alloy brazing filler metal (12) by cold spray. |
