PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device of an internal combustion engine, in which a scissors gear can be validly and effectively arranged without being limited by a space.SOLUTION: Power is transmitted via a scissors gear 1 between one shaft and the other shaft. The scissors gear 1 includes a main gear 2, a sub-gear 3, a plate 4 and a spring 5. The plate 4 is arranged in a boss 6, which is integrally formed from the main gear 2, in such a manner as to loosely sandwich the sub-gear 3 in an axial direction, and the spring 5 is arranged in a spring storge groove 7 formed on opposed surfaces of the sub-gear 3 and the plate 4. |
