PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head capable of suppressing liquid ejection failure due to rotation of tabular particles in flow passages in a configuration in which the tabular particles are ejected, and further to provide a liquid ejection device.SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head for ejecting ink containing tabular particles from nozzles comprises: a plurality of pressure chambers 20 communicating with nozzles 23; pressure generation means for changing pressures inside the plurality of pressure chambers 20; a reservoir 30 communicating with the plurality of pressure chambers 20; and ink supply passages 22 for causing each pressure chamber 20 to communicate with the reservoir 30. In the liquid ejection head, a plurality of protrusion portions 37 protruding from inclined surfaces 39 toward flow passage sides are formed on the inclined surfaces 39 continuing from wall portions of the ink supply passages 22 to wall portions of the pressure chambers 20 in regions where areas of flow passage cross sections of boundary portions among the pressure chambers 20 and the ink supply passages 22 vary. |
