PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility of resulting in making a person feel a glare.SOLUTION: A spot LS of illumination light comprises center light A1 which has a solid angle &thetas; less than a predetermined threshold and includes first white light, and peripheral light A2 which has a solid angle &thetas; equal to or larger than the threshold and includes second white light. Spectra of the first white light and second white light are equal in relative color temperature to each other, but an X value at a chromaticity point of the spectrum of the second white light is at least larger than an X value of the first white light.
