PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly detection device that can detect an anomaly in discharge circuits.SOLUTION: The anomaly detection device includes: a plurality of detection terminals C connected to opposite terminals of battery cells 10; first resistors 21 disposed between the detection terminals C and the terminals of the battery cells 10, respectively; discharge circuits 22 comprising series connections of second resistors 221 and semiconductor switches 222 connected in series; a monitoring circuit 23 for detecting a resistor voltage between both resistors 21, 221 when controlling to turn on each semiconductor switch 222, and detecting a cell voltage of each battery cell 10 when controlling to turn off each semiconductor switch 222; and a control section 24 for determining whether or not each semiconductor switch is anomalous. Specifically, the control section 24 determines that each semiconductor switch 222 is anomalous if a difference between the resistor voltage Vp obtained with the semiconductor switch 222 controlled to be turned on and the cell voltage Vc obtained with the semiconductor switch 222 controlled to be turned off is within a predetermined range. |
