PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that precisely heats and maintains a cooking vessel to and at a predetermined temperature.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a heating coil 61 for heating a pot 100; an infrared sensor 80 for detecting a temperature of the pot 100; and a control device 50 for controlling the heating coil 61 to heat the pot 100 with a first heating value until the temperature pertinent to the detection of the infrared sensor 80 reaches a first predetermined temperature, and once determining that the first predetermined temperature is reached or exceeded, controllingly heating the pot 100 in an input power pattern comprising a combination of at least two different types of power, at least one of which is power for heating with a second heating value lower than the first heating value, and if determining that a second predetermined temperature is not exceeded, controlling the heating coil 61 to heat the cooking vessel with the first heating value. |
