PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing technology for stably improving extraction accuracy at a high speed even in a photographing state different from a normal state when extracting an object part from a medical image including a dynamic image.SOLUTION: An image processing device 3C includes: an image acquisition part 110 for acquiring a radiographed medical image while partially including an object part in a subject; a photographic information acquisition part 115C for acquiring photographic information being information about the subject inputted in advance before radiographing or a radiographic environment; a model information control part 135C for executing model information determination processing for determining model information TOSE, FOSE showing a boundary of the object part on the basis of photographic information IO, IS, IE; and an extraction part (rough extraction determination part 130, post-processing part 150) for executing object part extraction processing for extracting the object part from the medical image on the basis of the model information TOSE, FOSE determined in the model information determination processing. |
