PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling and removal method of a rigid polyurethane foam heat insulating layer by which the rigid polyurethane foam heat insulating layer is quickly and inexpensively peeled and removed without affecting the humann body and environment.SOLUTION: A rigid polyurethane foam heat insulating layer 1 is peeled and removed from an adherend surface 10 by following processes: spraying a high-pressure jet water 4 which gradually diametrically enlarges from an end of a nozzle 3 of a high-pressure jet water generating device 2 and is jetted in a conical shape having an acute spraying angle, to a surface of the rigid polyurethane foam heat insulating layer 1 in a circular ring shape from a direction facing the surface; continuously sliding the nozzle 3 so that the surface of the foam heat insulating layer 1 to be sprayed with the high-pressure jet water 4 is gradually moved; and crushing the foam heat insulating layer 1 which is porous while making the foam heat insulating layer 1 vulnerable to shock by impregnating the foam heat insulating layer 1 with the water derived from the high-pressure jet water 4 in such a manner that the water is continuously pushed into the foam heat insulating layer 1. |
