An anisotropic conductive film has a first connecting layer and a second connecting layer formed on one side of the first connecting layer. The first connecting layer is obtained by light-induced radical polymerization of a light-induced radical polymerization-type resin layer comprising an acrylate compound and a light-induced radical polymerization initiator, and the second connecting layer is obtained from a heat-induced or light-induced cationic or anionic polymerization-type resin layer comprising an epoxy compound and a heat-induced or light-induced cationic or anionic polymerization initiator, or a heat-induced or light-induced radical polymerization-type resin layer comprising an acrylate compound and a heat-induced or light-induced radical polymerization initiator. Conductive particles for anisotropic conduction connection are disposed in a single layer on the surface of the second connecting layer side of the first connecting layer. |
