The present invention relates to a porous waterproof component, a porous waterproof film, and vehicle electronic unit, and the porous waterproof component (1) mountable on a housing body (110) having a porous opening part comprises: a cylindrical porous path forming member (20) for forming a porous path (R) between an internal space (110a) and an external space (110b) of the housing body (100); and a porous waterproof film (10A) provided in the porous path forming member (20) so as to close the porous path, the porous waterproof film (10A) having a nano-fiber layer made from a water repellent nano-fiber. The porous waterproof film (10A) is preferably made from only the water repellent nano-fiber or is made from the water repellent nano-fiber and a reinforcing material layer laminated on the water repellent nano-fiber, and can properly adjust the internal pressure of the vehicle electronic unit through high air-permeability as well as water repellency.
